• Pulse welding: special for use in thin thicknesses and in demanding positions such as vertical, on heads and tubes (all ASME 3G, 4G and 5G). This is possible thanks to the pulsed arc system in which a base current is used to keep the arc stable and a peak current is used to provide droplets. According to work, amps and base and peak time are adjusted, as well as when the work frequency (percentage in each cycle of the active peak current)
• Configuration of the type of electrode guarantees optimal welding with rutile, basic, cellulosic, aluminum, stainless steel, cast iron, high performance, etc.
• Intelligent Synergic TIG PRO function, when connecting the TIG torch it self-adjusts to weld in TIG Lift Arc with clean and quality starting.
• Easy to use, it has hot start (easy arc starting), arc force (maintains arc continuity) and anti stick (prevents the electrode from sticking) automatically configured by the STAYER software.
• Reinforced anti-fall internal structure
• 32-bit microprocessor, ON-OFF switch oversized at 63 A; Super fast IGBTs with double heat dissipation, soft start relay.
• Possibility of activating the VRD function, voltage reduction in the no-load terminals to maintain safety in humid environments, according to IEC 60974.
• Equipment designed and manufactured in accordance with European regulations 2014/35/EU, 2014/30/EU and 2011/65/EU, which guarantee a solid construction and safety of use.
• Prepared for use with a stabilized generator, given its voltage input range of +/-17%.
